Legal Research
NDLSC has created a Legal Research Team to support our mission of supporting democratic campaigns, promoting voter protection, and strengthen our partnership with local, state and national democratic organizations and candidates. Our team members use their legal research skills to help provide free research for democratic organizations and candidates. The Legal Research Team was created in 2007 to provide research support for a voter protection lawsuit.
Team members are recognized for their work through the Legal Research Fellows program which was created in 2008. Fellows provide research support beyond a single project. They will be recognized by NDLSC and their sponsor organizations at different times through the academic year. To join the team, please contact Director of Legal Research, Adrienne Rose.
Our team is currently seeking new projects. In the past we have provide legal research on voter protection, election issues, litigation preparation, and on policy development. We are happy to work in these areas or to expand to new research subjects as needed. To request the assistance of the Legal Research Team, please contact Adrienne Rose.
